Sun Tan City is seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy team and drive exceptional client experiences. You will supervise tanning consultants, coach staff, and help achieve sales and operational goals in a fast-paced salon environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on teamwork and reliability. The role requires a flexible schedule including occasional nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or sales leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor Team Members and maintain a client-centric experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Help generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support Salon Director functions.
• Assist with staffing to balance productivity and customer service.
