Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and ensure outstanding service while meeting productivity goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, professional development, and cost control, with opportunities for advancement in a growing company that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
• Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed.
