Job summary

Housing Advocacy Vocational and Employment (HAVE) is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Salisbury, MD team to provide direct nursing care and health advocacy for individuals enrolled in DDA programs. You will coordinate with physicians, supervise staff, and maintain medical records to ensure continuity of care and advocacy for patient needs.

The role requires strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills, along with CPR/First Aid certification and knowledge of DDA

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a DDA setting preferred.
• Knowledge of DDA regulations, policies, and person-centered care principles.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor direct care staff on nursing and health protocols.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities
