Nebraska Furniture Mart Inc. seeks a dynamic sales professional to help customers create homes they love. This role offers a 100% commission structure with the potential to earn over six figures for top performers, and no cold calling.

A planned start date is set for early 2027, with strong growth opportunities and ongoing customer interaction. You’ll work on the sales floor, greet customers, learn products, and ensure accurate order processing while maintaining a professional appearance and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance.
• High degree of self-motivation and positive attitude.
• Customer centric and enjoys serving others.
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.

• Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing.
• Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution.
