Base pay range

$48,000.00/yr - $156,000.00/yr

High-Earning Remote B2B Sales Role – Work from Anywhere - Must work on Pacific or Mountain TimeZone.

Are you a confident closer with a proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales? Are you ready to take control of your income while working remotely and making a real impact on small businesses? If that’s a yes, keep reading — this opportunity might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

We’re on the hunt for a top-performing Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment. You’ll be helping small insurance agencies grow using our powerful automation consulting services and the AgencyZoom CRM platform.

Applicants who can't work on Pacific or Mountain time will not be considered.

We do not hire in CA, WA, OR, or NY

Duties

  • Conduct sales meetings via Zoom for inbound leads and self generated leads
  • Conduct outbound and warm calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Engage in technical sales conversations, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in our CRM.

Skills

  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in technology sales, with a strong understanding of technical products and services.
  • Familiarity with insurance or AgencyZoom is a PLUS but not required. CRM platforms experience for managing sales processes required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to conduct effective outbound calling strategies to engage potential customers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Book and run four qualified sales appointments per day
  • Close a minimum of 25% of your appointments — this is a performance-driven role
  • Leverage a mix of warm and aged leads provided and self-generated leads via social media outreach and cold calling
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling demos, and present consulting solutions that solve real problems
  • Attend remote training sessions and weekly team meetings
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and provide exceptional service through the sales process

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling high-ticket solutions ($5K–$15K)
  • A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong outbound sales skills — you're not afraid to pick up the phone or slide into a DM
  • Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like AgencyZoom is a plus (but we’ll train the right person)
  • Experience in the insurance industry is also a bonus
