Founded in 2013, our company has partnered with two highly reputable catheter manufacturers to produce our one-of-a-kind Cephus Catheter. The Cephus Catheter is designed to support a wide array of providers––including radiologists, pediatric surgeons, neonatologists, and colorectal surgeons––and improve the efficiency, efficacy, and productivity of various procedures in the medical arena.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced commission-based Sales Representatives to promote and sell the Cephus Catheter across various territories in the U.S. This role is ideal for independent sales professionals with a background in medical device sales, particularly those with established relationships in radiology, pediatric surgery, or colorectal surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, imaging centers, and outpatient clinics.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and applications of the Cephus Catheter.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customers need to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in radiology or related fields.
• Strong network within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Commission: Earn 15% commission on all sales.
• Expense Account: Please note that we do not offer an expense account at this time.
