Are you a high ticket salesperson looking to build a rewarding career with a supportive team? Contractor Dynamics is looking for a full time W2 Remote High Ticket Salesperson to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with warm leads and help roofing companies scale their businesses through our industry leading marketing solutions.

Position Summary: Drive client acquisition through warm leads, booked appointments, and strategic pipeline management. Identify prospect needs, negotiate high-value deals, and close with confidence. This role demands top-tier communication, expert negotiation, and the ability to overcome objections while building trust. If you thrive on closing deals and delivering tailored solutions, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads to set appointments.
  • Conduct Zoom meetings from prospects who have scheduled their own appointments.
  • Take extreme ownership of your personal pipeline of leads.
  • Enroll roofing company clients into our various marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven remote sales experience, specifically with high ticket offers.
  • Strong hunting and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing your own pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel up to four times a year to company events.
  • A long-term focus on growth and success with a growing company.

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission
  • Rewarded based on closing rate and overall performance.
