Job summary

Hansel Ford of Petaluma is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team. You will help customers find the right vehicle and provide an exceptional experience from start to finish, becoming a knowledgeable product expert and building strong relationships.

The role rewards performance with a base-plus-commission pay structure ($37,500–$200,000+ per year). Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus, and a valid California driver license with clean record is required.

Pay Defined: The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
