Job summary

Hansel Ford of Petaluma is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to join our team. You will help customers find the perfect vehicle and provide an exceptional experience from start to finish, becoming a product expert and building strong relationships.

You will learn our systems, stay informed about vehicle lines and new technology, and deliver confident, professional communication while working a retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
• Inside or Outside Sales experience is advantageous.
• Customer service background is a great start.
• Self-motivation is key and driven to succeed.
• Availity to work a retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Pass a drug screening and background check.
