Mighty Dog Roofing is hiring immediately in Kansas City and surrounding areas. We’re seeking competitive sales professionals who can leverage company-generated leads and self-generate opportunities to build a profitable pipeline.

Expect a base plus commission with earnings potential of $90K–$110K+ and faster paydays thanks to fast builds. You’ll work with a national brand and local team to deliver results for homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, home improvement, or related B2C sales is valuable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to prospect and self-generate opportunities.
• Ability to build trust and close business with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties for exterior damage (where applicable).
• Educate customers about roofing and exterior solutions.
• Present solutions and close projects.
• Maintain pipeline and customer information in CRM; follow up regularly.
• Network and prospect within your territory; leverage company leads.

Close Business. You'll work with homeowners on roofing and exterior projects, including both company-generated opportunities and business you create yourself.

You'll:

• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties for exterior damage
• Educate customers about roofing and exterior solutions
• Help homeowners understand the insurance claims process when applicable
• Present solutions and close projects
• Work closely with our production team to create a smooth customer experience
• Maintain your pipeline and customer information in our CRM
• Follow up consistently and build referral relationships
• Network and prospect within your territory
• Self-generate business in addition to working provided leads
