Right Coast Medical is seeking Territory Sales Managers to build relationships with doctors and clinics, grow your own territory, and educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions. This field-based role includes in-home patient support and device delivery.

You will conduct lunch-and-learns and in-office demonstrations, deliver devices to patients, and follow up to create lasting impact. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential.

At Right Coast Medical, we help patients recover through non-opioid medical devices designed to reduce pain, swelling, narcotic use, and recovery time.

We are growing nationwide and looking for driven Territory Sales Managers to build relationships, grow territories, and help patients every day.

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on:

• Territory growth
• Provider relationship management
• In-home patient support and device delivery

You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical earnings range from: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
