Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Salesforce Master Engineer & Technical Team Lead to provide senior technical and people leadership for the Salesforce Wealth domain. This hands-on, player/coach role owns end-to-end technical leadership for Wealth delivery and modernization, including Envestnet integrations.

You will lead a team of Salesforce engineers, set technical direction, manage stakeholders enterprise-wide, and champion AI-enabled solutions and platform innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years of deep Salesforce platform experience.
• Expert in Salesforce architecture, integrations, data, and security.
• Proven experience leading large, complex Salesforce implementations.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and full SDLC ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own technical leadership for the Salesforce Wealth domain.
• Lead and grow Salesforce engineers supporting Wealth initiatives.
• Drive architecture, modernization, and platform health.
• Partner with product, business, and vendor stakeholders.
• Oversee release management and operational readiness.
• Mentor and coach team members.
