Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Salesforce Commercial Servicing & Onboarding Tech Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for onboarding and servicing delivery squads. You will own end-to-end design, build quality, and solution delivery for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud supporting Commercial Banking operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years IT experience with 5+ years on Salesforce platform.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and delivery.
Deep expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and implementation for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Own architecture, decisions, and risk management for the portfolio.
Perform design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
