Job summary

PwC is seeking a Technical Manager to drive Salesforce TPM implementations within the Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team in the United States. You will lead architecture, design, and delivery across TPM projects, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, maintain collaboration with ERP and data systems, and ensure high-volume data processing is efficient.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years Salesforce experience with 2+ years TPM Consumer Goods Cloud implementation experience (solution + technical design).

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions.
Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce designs.
Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards.
Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems.
Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads.
Provide technical leadership across Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.
Analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
Mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
Ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
