The Judge Group is seeking a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing ownership of a Salesforce TPM platform for a leading CPG client in the United States.

This role will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and IT teams to ensure successful adoption of the TPM solution and drive improvements in promotion planning, trade spend management, reporting, and business processes.

Competenze

• Must have 3+ years in TPM or related roles.
• Experience with TPM applications, sales planning platforms, CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.

Mansioni

• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of Salesforce TPM solutions.
• Serve as SME for trade promotion processes, including promotion planning, trade spend management, customer business planning, and claims management.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into TPM solutions.
• Drive user adoption through training, process documentation, and ongoing user support.
• Analyze trade promotion performance, spending, budgets, accruals, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist with data validation, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities.
• Maintain trade promotion calendars, customer agreements, promotional plans, and reporting dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system functionality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into trade spend, promotion ROI, customer performance, and sales trends.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, consultants, and technology teams to support enhancements and future platform releases.
• Monitor system utilization and recommend best practices to maximize platform value.
