Job summary
WillScot is seeking a Salesforce Technical Specialist to develop and implement functionality for customer applications within Sales and Service Cloud. You will work with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and ensure detailed specifications, prototypes, and test scripts are created and tested.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with SFDC and SAP integration preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365 and MS Word.
- Experience in an Applications Development environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop/Configure automation processes (Flows, Approval Process, Workflows, Process Builder).
- Document and understand business requirements to specify technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to document enhancements and defects.
- Create technical design deliverables: specs, wireframes, user stories, test cases.
- Perform QA testing within defined scope and ensure quality.
