Job summary

OSI Digital is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Salesforce Developer to drive complex Salesforce solutions with multi-department integrations and Flow automation. You will combine business analysis with hands-on development (Apex/LWC) and integration work, planning across discovery, design, build, and deployment.

You will own requirements, workshops, backlogs, and governance while ensuring data integrity, security, and scalable architecture within a large enterprise Salesforce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience spanning both functional/business-analysis work and hands-on development.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Platform Developer I certification required.
• Expert-level Flow Builder proficiency.
• Strong Apex fundamentals and Lightning Web Components experience.
• Experience with integrations REST/SOAP and middleware.
• Experience supporting multiple business units on a shared org.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce security model.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions across departments to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Own the backlog for Salesforce enhancements and manage delivery with stakeholders.
• Design and build declarative and code-based solutions (Apex/LWC) and integrations.
• Oversee governance, releases, sandboxes, and deployment coordination.
• Provide end-user training and change-management support.
• Ensure data governance, security, and performance in enterprise-scale orgs.
