Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements within the defined SOW. You will lead onsite-offshore teams, manage stakeholder communications, review plans and estimates, and deliver high-quality work within budget.

Preferred qualifications include PMI PMP/ACP and Salesforce certifications, with a comprehensive understanding of delivery lifecycle and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of work experience in IT project implementation.
• 5 years of leading Agile methodology projects.
• 3+ years working on end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects with at least 3+ years managing and understanding of Salesforce.com standard functionality (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Force.com capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality work within the project budget.
• Maintain daily client relationship and communication, acting as first point of escalation for daily issues.
• Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders.
