Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC in Florida seeks a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will lead architecture, integration efforts, and AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce, mentoring teams and collaborating with architects and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and relevant certifications, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Eng/IT or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and declarative automation tools.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and platform best practices.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job description

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.


• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, integrations, and Salesforce AI technologies such as Einstein AI and Data Cloud. This individual will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.


• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.


• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and declarative automation tools.
