Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architecture & Strategy Lead to shape the architecture and strategy of a Salesforce-based CF patient services platform (Mosaic). You’ll lead cross-functional teams, define DevOps delivery models, and drive AI-driven initiatives while maintaining quality, compliance, and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering or related technology field.
8+ years of experience in relevant roles and leadership across platform teams.
Experience with Salesforce platforms and medical/pharma domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead platform architecture, strategy and technical initiatives for Mosaic (Salesforce-based) across CF and Kidney teams.
Define and optimize DevOps framework and delivery operating model.
Drive call center implementation and cross-disease architecture considerations.
Coordinate architecture sessions, document specs, and align solutions across teams.
