Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Principal Engineer, Salesforce to lead the Patient Services OnePRM architecture, delivering scalable, secure CRM solutions across Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience and Specialty areas. You will own the long-term technology roadmap for this platform used by thousands of users and patients.

You will guide architecture, design, integration, and governance while coordinating with product owners, platform architects, and vendor partners to drive value and compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in planning, architecture, design, development, integration, and operations of CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM capabilities, including workflow automation, data architecture, API engineering, and integration design.
Strong enterprise architecture knowledge and experience leading large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

Define and govern scalable data models, scalable workflow automation, secure integration patterns, and resilient enterprise interfaces across Salesforce and connected platforms.
Drive the OnePRM technical strategy and multi-year roadmap including modernization and migration efforts.
Lead multiple engineering pods, ensure delivery commitments, and maintain quality and compliance across teams.
