Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect in McLean, VA to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives and integration architecture. You will shape end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, coordinating Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow developments with MuleSoft for seamless integrations.

• Collaborate with IT staff, subject matter experts, business partners, and clients to assess business processes, identify pain points, and define architectural solutions.
• Design and review Salesforce solutions to ensure alignment with organizational strategies, data governance policies, and technical standards.
• Lead large and complex Salesforce projects and initiatives that may involve cross‑functional teams, cloud‑to‑cloud integrations, and cutting‑edge technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to create business case assessments, project justifications, ROl analyses, architectural reviews, and RFP evaluations.
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce apps, add‑ons, and AppExchange solutions to enhance system capabilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project personnel and architects on Salesforce‑related projects.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, recommending improvements or innovations to existing Salesforce architecture.
