Job summary

Simplus is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will drive architecture decisions and mentor delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, translating requirements into architecture, overseeing integrations (REST/SOAP), data migration strategies, and governance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, integrations, solution architecture, and technical leadership.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and client leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
