At the intersection of technical expertise and leadership lies the role of a Salesforce Solution Architect. When delivering complex Salesforce solutions, you guide teams through architecture, implementation decisions, and ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide hands‑on leadership for the design, development, integration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions with a configuration‑first strategy. Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions focused on Sales Cloud and Agentforce. Lead implementation efforts across Salesforce applications and integrations, support modernization initiatives, and maximize platform value through declarative design standards. U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, experience, and other factors. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Basic eligibility requires full‑time or part‑time employment of at least 20 hours per week.
