Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Houston is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will drive integrations, data migrations, and scalable platform architecture while mentoring teams in an Agile environment. A strong focus on DevOps, security, governance, and AI-assisted development is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools and API-led connectivity.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/data migration, and data governance.
• Familiar with DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools and Salesforce Einstein / Agentforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and technical delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design integrations, data migration solutions, and scalable platform architecture.
• Drive code quality, DevOps, security, governance, and AI-assisted development practices.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
