Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Salesforce platform engineer to own the technical health, governance, and integration strategy of our Salesforce estate. You will define and enforce coding standards, lead design reviews, and guide DevOps/CI-CD practices across teams.

You will mentor engineers, translate business needs into technical briefs, and collaborate with product stakeholders to elevate architecture and data modeling while leveraging AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modelling and SOQL.
• Strong integration patterns using REST APIs and middleware.
• Experience with DevOps and CI-CD tooling; deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Own platform health and govern Salesforce design and security.
• Set and enforce coding standards and governor limit strategies.
• Lead release management, sandbox strategy, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design integrations with ERP, Marketing Cloud, HR and enrichment tools.
• Mentor engineers on trade-offs, scalability and observability.
