Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across the organization. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and lead a cross‑functional team toward delivering high‑quality Salesforce applications.

The role requires hands‑on Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development, strong integration skills (REST/SOAP), and governance of security, data, and release processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong knowledge of governance, release management and best practices.
• Hands-on development with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce administration activities and data governance.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
• Mentor developers, admins, and junior team members.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends.
• Support deployment, testing, and release management across environments.
