Job summary
Forthright Staffing is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Developer for a 3–6 month contract, responsible for guiding the organization through a successful launch of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to ensure the platform's long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Salesforce development experience, particularly in Sales Cloud and CPQ, and must demonstrate leadership abilities as well as a commitment to mentorship. You will work closely with various project stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvements, including CI/CD strategies and AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of development experience in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience leading teams in Salesforce development.
- Expert knowledge of the SFDC ecosystem and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead transition and ongoing development work for Salesforce platform.
- Ensure successful go-live and take over maintenance.
- Mentor team members and enhance their skills.
