Job summary

Simplus US Bellevue, WA is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the Agentforce initiative and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role partners with cross-functional teams, targets GTM outcomes, and ensures best practices across design, development, and deployment.

You will mentor engineers, own technical strategy, and hands-on develop within Salesforce. Candidates should have 8+ years of Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Architect) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and SOQL.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the technical strategy within Salesforce, aligning with stakeholders.
• Support a team of technical resources and develop their growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability; help plan tests.
