Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development with proven technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on FSC experience including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Salesforce solutions with a focus on FSC.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Review code, enforce standards, ensure quality, scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and promote best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, backlogs, and reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support platform enhancements.
• Adhere to Salesforce security, governance, and deployment best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams for delivery.
