Job summary

Simplus, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Salesforce implementations. You will lead development, mentor teammates, and design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices and modern frameworks.

The role focuses on building Lightning Web Components, Apex, and integrations, while guiding teams to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with LWC and Apex.
• Experience developing Triggers, Classes, Queueable, Batch, Future and Scheduled Apex.
• Strong understanding of flows, data model, objects and relationships.
• Knowledge of Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Field-Level Security.
• Experience with REST API integrations, OAuth, Named Credentials and external systems.
• Bulkification, governor limits, error handling and performance optimization.
• Git-based source control and CI/CD processes.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certs are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous Apex.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and JSON services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure Salesforce development best practices.
• Support deployments, troubleshoot, and optimize performance.
