This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and community, translating each Salesforce release into compelling technical stories for customers, prospects, and the broader community.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Public technical communication track record (webinars, talks, blogs).
• Active Salesforce certifications and Trailhead profile.

Responsibilities

• Own our webinar engine and deliver technical webinars and demos.
• Evangelize Flosum + Salesforce through demos, talks, blog posts, and videos.
• Absorb Salesforce releases quickly, form a sharp point of view.
• Engage our user community with ongoing programs and AMAs.
• Connect webinars, newsletters, and community channels.
• Represent Flosum credibly with the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Partner with product, marketing, and sales to surface stories.
