Job summary

Flosum, a leading Salesforce-native SaaS company, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Evangelist to be the technical face of Flosum in the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll translate complex platform updates into compelling stories for customers, prospects, and the broader community.

You are a skilled technologist and storyteller who thrives at Dreamin’ events, webinars, and active community engagement, shaping messaging across product, marketing, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, architect, or consultant).
• Salesforce certifications and active Trailhead profile.
• Proven track record of public technical communication: webinars, talks, podcasts, or blog.
• Strong marketing instincts with measurable results in registrations and engagement.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem: release cycles, DevOps/CI-CD, data management.
• Self-starter energy; builds programs from zero and runs on a drumbeat.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own our webinar engine: plan, host, and deliver webinars and demos to drive registrations, attendance, and pipeline.
• Evangelize Flosum and Salesforce: position Flosum as the natural solution through demos, talks, blog posts, videos, and social content.
• Master each Salesforce release and new Flosum capabilities, then communicate it to technical and executive audiences.
• Engage our user community with programs: office hours, AMAs, certification support, developer content, advocacy.
• Connect channels: promote events, drive newsletter engagement, and keep channels feeding each other.
• Represent Flosum credibly with the Salesforce ecosystem: user groups, Dreamforce, Trailblazer Community, partners.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to surface customer stories and sharpen messaging.
