Job summary

Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey seeks a Salesforce Support Coordinator to enable program staff to use Salesforce accurately and efficiently. You will act as the primary user contact, assist with access, navigation, and data-entry issues, and help maintain resources and adoption across PMCH.

The role collaborates with the Manager of Data & Impact to deliver training, document updates, and data quality initiatives, ensuring Salesforce remains reliable for program

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with a CRM/database system required; Salesforce experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to resolve user access, navigation, or data-entry issues via help desk or CRM support
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for program staff Salesforce support requests
• Escalate complex issues including configuration, workflow, and reporting
• Draft and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials
• Review reports and dashboards to identify data entry gaps or trends
• Coordinate training materials and demonstrations for staff onboarding and ongoing support
• Assist Manager of Data & Impact with training delivery, documentation updates, and system monitoring
• Track recurring support requests to identify common challenges and training needs
• Assist with routine Salesforce admin tasks such as user accounts and permissions
• Promote data entry standards and system best practices
• Support system testing and data quality initiatives
