Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Omni-Channel, Lightning Experience, Flows, and complex reporting/dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.
- Configure and support Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and Flow automations.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot configuration, integration, and performance issues, and resolve user-reported defects.
- Assist with Salesforce releases, sandbox management, and deployment activities.
- Ensure configurations align with governance, security, scalability, and platform best practices.
