This hands-on role involves building in Salesforce, creating fields, updating layouts, managing permissions, and automating workflows, while partnering with outsourced developers to ensure delivery meets business needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.
• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce configuration experience including custom fields and objects.
• Experience building automation with Salesforce Flow and administering Salesforce environments.

• Configure Salesforce and administer Salesforce functionality (objects, fields, page layouts, permission sets).
• Design and build automation using Salesforce Flow and approval processes.
• Manage security and access (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing).
• Collaborate with development partners; translate business needs into technical specs.
