Job summary

My Hr is seeking a Software Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions, modernizing critical Child Welfare and State Hospital systems in Michigan.

You will drive architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and FSL, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance while mentoring teams and aligning with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code and automated reviews.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications required.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce solutions for case management, field service operations, and user engagement.
• Perform org health checks, platform assessments, and provide actionable Salesforce best-practice recommendations.
• Promote Well-Architected Framework adoption within Design & Discovery sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams including state employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee proof-of-concepts to validate feasibility and business value of proposed solutions.
