Job summary

Stellar Professionals is seeking a Software Solutions Architect in Lansing, MI to lead the design, modernization, and optimization of enterprise-level case management systems. This role blends hands-on architecture with guiding development teams in a hybrid work environment.

You will architect solutions using Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, contribute to health assessments, support SADLC, and mentor engineers while driving integrations across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
• 2–3 Active Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Architect cert preferred)
• 5+ years experience in SQL, Java, and Web Services Development
• Hands-on experience with pipelines-as-code and automated code/testing workflows
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Architect and design solutions using Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Apply Salesforce's Well-Architected Framework and perform platform health assessments
• Support Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC) and 24/7 high-availability operations
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive system integrations
