Job summary

My3Tech in Lansing, MI seeks a Software Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions for case management, field service, and user engagement. This hybrid role requires local candidates with in-person interviews and onsite work on Wednesdays and Thursdays, while Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays are remote eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications required.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Salesforce solutions for case management, field service, and user engagement.
• Conduct org health checks and platform assessments; deliver actionable recommendations.
• Promote the Well-Architected Framework and participate in design sessions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including state employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee POCs to validate feasibility and business value.
• Ensure secure application development lifecycle practices across all development and deployment phases.
• Set technical direction for MDHHS Child Welfare apps.
• Support 24/7 operations of Tier 2 apps serving 8,000+ users.
