Job summary

GTM Business Applications in New York seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and engineering for scalable, platform-level solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will own end-to-end requirements and hands-on Salesforce configuration in a multi-cloud environment.

You will lead design sessions, map end-to-end processes, and partner with Sales, Channel/Partner, Service, and RevOps leaders to optimize quotas, forecasting, and portal experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of overall professional experience with 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong process orientation and ability to map, document, and improve end-to-end business processes.
• Experience with partner registration and PRM workflows, including partner portal setup and deal registration.
• Knowledge of opportunity management, territory management, and forecasting structures.
• Experience with Service Cloud configuration and portal management for customer and partner communities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between business stakeholders and the engineering team, translating needs into user stories and requirements.
• Lead solution design sessions to define scalable, cross-cloud approaches balancing declarative configuration with best practices.
• Own business process mapping across the customer and partner lifecycle, including partner registration, account management, and territory logic.
• Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including quotas, pipelines, and case management.
• Design and manage Experience Cloud portals, provisioning, licensing, and access management for communities.
• Drive process governance, data quality, and reporting for leadership visibility; support sprint planning and UAT coordination.
