Own Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap for Marketing Cloud and Data 360
Define architecture standards and environment governance
Oversee journey design, data extensions and activation logic
Design integrations between CDP, Data 360, Marketing Cloud, and channels
Monitor platform consumption and cost-aware activation patterns
Lead email deliverability improvements and sender reputation management
Mentor solutions engineers and journey builders
Evaluate new platform capabilities and licensing with vendor
Collaborate with Data Architect on data models and audiences
