Job summary

ListEngage is seeking a Salesforce Technical Solutions Architect to lead multi-cloud architecture in a complex Salesforce environment. You will drive data architecture, integrations, and engagement across US and international teams.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise across Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, plus PoC development, strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing Salesforce architecture experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, API patterns, OAuth, data modeling and security.
• Ability to create PoCs quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Experience with Mulesoft, AWS or other integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git or Autorabit.
• Certified Application Architect / System Architect.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable end-to-end architecture for complex business challenges.
• Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders and identify problems with innovative solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and be a technical SME for clients.
• Champion reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency.
• Lead technical teams in US and international projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Produce blueprints and documentation for existing architectures.
