Job summary

AllCloud is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to drive the long-term health and optimization of our clients' Salesforce environments. You will focus on managing technical debt, improving performance, and acting as a trusted advisor to our managed services clients, aligning roadmaps with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, mentor peers, and design scalable integration architectures while guiding customers through complex transformation

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Salesforce Solutions Architect or Salesforce Consultant.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Platform / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud; advanced configuration, security, data migration, data model.
• Familiar with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations.
• Experience in Agile project methodology including backlog management, user stories, and sprint planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourcefulness, creativity and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions with customers.
• Deliver Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Contribute to all project phases: ramp, build, test, deploy, and support.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to understand customer needs.
• Mentor team members on Salesforce best practices, consulting, and configuration.
• Proactively optimize Salesforce instances for performance and adoption.
• Manage technical debt and remediation strategies.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Design and implement AI-driven Salesforce solutions (Einstein, Agentforce).
