AllCloud is a Remote-forward Salesforce consultancy seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to drive project implementations with clients, gather requirements, explain complex concepts, and lead an engagement team through integrations and custom development.

The role combines 10% Project Management, 45% Analysis, and 45% Technical work, leveraging Salesforce architecture knowledge, Apex/Visualforce, and Agile practices to deliver end-user training and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Configuration.
• 2+ years of the platform- or solution-architecture experience in a medium- to large-sized organization
• 2+ years if marketing cloud experience
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce: Salesforce Platform / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud, advanced Configuration, security/permissions Mgt, data Migration, data Model.
• Familiar with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations.
• Experience in Agile project methodology including backlog management, user story & acceptance criteria, sprint planning, etc.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client requirements.
• Break down requirements into User Stories with effort estimates, pros/cons, best practices, and approach.
• Document User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Assumptions & Constraints, Size, Priority, and recommended solution.
• Create project deliverables such as business requirements, solution design, and functional specs.
• Manage the Feedback Loop for User Stories through Build.
• Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and framework.
• Lead Force.com development and integrations to other business applications.
• Migrate data from legacy systems using Salesforce data migration tools.
• Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing: strategy, execution, reporting, and end-user training.
• Develop a training curriculum and deliver end-user training.
