Coastal Cloud LLC in Hartford, CT seeks a Solution Architect to own the technical solution design for Salesforce and other SaaS applications, guiding discovery sessions and translating findings into a documented design. You will lead the technical approach, drive architecture artifacts, and ensure alignment with client strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Life Sciences as employee or client support
• 4-6 years advanced Salesforce Platform Business Analysis
• 2+ years in a Senior Consultant role or equivalent
• Strong Salesforce core platform competencies
• Applied Salesforce knowledge across Sales, Service, Marketing
• Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud certifications (min 4x)

Responsibilities

• Design a solution leveraging Salesforce product features with custom components
• Produce architecture diagrams and documentation (data models, high-level architecture, integration)
• Oversee solution design, build tasks, and reporting/UAT
• Demonstrate ability to differentiate declarative vs programmatic development and AppExchange choices
• Perform Salesforce admin/configuration/data migration duties as needed
• Collaborate with Coastal team and client for success
• Partner with Delivery leadership and Account Executives to scope sales proposals
• Work with Project Managers to foster collaboration across teams
• Mentor team members and support growth
• Maintain Salesforce technical and partner certifications
