Job summary

Kaizen-Technology-Solutions is seeking a strategic, client-facing Salesforce Solution Architect for a hands-on leadership role within our growing consulting practice. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and guide clients from discovery through deployment.

In this 1099 contractor position, you will lead end-to-end implementations, mentor project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay current with Salesforce releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Prior experience in a consulting, client-facing, or professional services environment
• Deep expertise in core Salesforce offerings including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and Service Cloud Voice
• Proven success leading enterprise-level Salesforce projects end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to drive clarity from ambiguity, making sound decisions without perfect information
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule, with high client satisfaction
• Strong skills in business analysis, solution design, and process mapping
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and working in consulting environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—capable of leading client workshops and executive presentations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations in a fast-paced setting

• Consistently deliver on-time, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and analysts to deliver value efficiently
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Stay current with Salesforce product releases, features, and roadmap developments
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and reusable assets

We’re looking for a strategic, client-facing Salesforce Solution Architect to join our growing consulting firm. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges, shaping digital transformation initiatives, and guiding clients across industries through impactful Salesforce solutions.

As a Solution Architect, you’ll lead project delivery from discovery through deployment-translating business needs into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and developers, all while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
Compensation Range: $70 - $90 per hour

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture and data modeling
• Experience in project management or leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Prior work in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services is a plus
