Job summary
Coastal seeks a Solution Architect to own the design of technical solutions and advise on best-practice implementations for Salesforce and other SaaS apps. You will guide discovery sessions, translate findings into technical requirements, and lead cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.
The role requires onsite presence Tuesday-Thursday at client locations in Hartford, CT, and demands strong certification breadth, SLDC knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with Coastal and client
Qualifications
- Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant Certification required (minimum 4x certified).
- Experience in Health Cloud and related health/vertical solutions is preferred.
- Proven ability to translate client requirements into technical designs and architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design a solution leveraging Salesforce product features and custom components to meet customer needs.
- Produce architecture diagrams covering data models, high-level and integration architecture.
- Lead discovery sessions and scope proposals in collaboration with Delivery leadership and Account Executives.
