Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Solution Architect (Health & Life Sciences) to own the technical design of Salesforce-based solutions and advise on best practices for client needs. The role includes discovery sessions, documenting architecture, and leading delivery with both Coastal and client teams, onsite Tue-Thu at Hartford, CT.

The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives while growing the team's

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Life Sciences industry (techno-functional)
• 4-6 years in Salesforce Platform Business Analysis and project scoping
• 2+ years in a Senior Consultant or equivalent role
• Strong Salesforce core platform knowledge and certifications
• Experience with declarative vs programmatic development and AppExchange
• Ability to lead client-facing engagements and scope sales proposals
• US work authorization (full-time)
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Design a Salesforce-based solution with best practices and custom components
• Produce architecture diagrams (data models, high-level and integration architecture) and documentation
• Oversee build tasks, estimation, and reporting/UAT deliverables
• Serve as solution SME with Delivery leadership and Account Executives
• Collaborate with project managers to foster teamwork and customer success
• Support professional growth and certifications within the team
• Guide and mentor Coastal team members on technical and functional skills
• Maintain Salesforce certifications and partner certifications
