Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience.
• Proven Salesforce Architect/Consultant with platform capabilities knowledge.
• Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions with third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
• Experience with agile project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to Salesforce updates and industry trends.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop scalable data architectures and integrate customer data across multiple systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, customer service) to deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions.
• Define and implement data integration strategies, focusing on ingestion, transformation, and unification of data.
• Establish best practices for data quality, security, and governance across the organization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related Salesforce products.
• Mentor and train internal teams on Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and new features.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and share insights to drive organizational growth and data capabilities.
