Responsibilities

• Ensure a stable, scalable Salesforce integration platform with cost awareness.
• Help establish and manage IT Integration team for the business area.
• Negotiate SLAs and contracts with internal and external partners.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance per corporate standards.
